The Internal Crack Scanner enables Foreco, an innovative producer of substainable wood products such as facial cladding, to extent the guarantee with an extra 10 years. This by optimizing the process by determing the internal quality of the wood upfront. Internal cracks used to be come visual after time when the wood was used in its application, like facial cladding or doors. Weather conditions varies between very cold to very hot, which makes internal cracks larger and become visual from the outside. The ICD shows the internal cracks before the production process, which saves a lot of money for instant in after service.

To find (good) labor is not easy nowadays. They eye of the master who does the visual inspection of grading the wood, is getting rarer day by day. The mtgBatch allows companies to do the grading by machine, with the advantage that qualified grading staff is not needed. And has big advantages above humans.
