APMON 2: Monitoring System
The APMON II sensor sends holographic particle images by ethernet or Wi-Fi to the AWS data platform on the internet, where these are analysed.
The APMON 2 provides information on particle deposition rate, likelihood of product or process contamination, particle size distribution, particle area coverage and alarm .
APMON II: Sensor
The APMON II particle deposition sensor measures real-time particle deposition rates for particles larger than 15 um. It counts every 4 minutes the number of particles that are deposited on a 50 cm2 test surface and measures their sizes.
The sensor can be used in two types of systems APMON 2 and APMON 1.5.
APMON 1.5: Monitoring System
Our particle sensor integrates with an Intel minicomputer, using a local monitor, keyboard, and mouse for data analysis and interface. It supports up to 2 sensors, displaying real-time data with differential and cumulative particle size distribution. Compliant with ISO 14644-17 and IEST 1246E standards, it allows for data export and utilizes an interface based on the legacy APMON system.
SUMON Surface Cleanliness Monitor
The SUMON surface cleanliness monitor counts and measures human surface particles larger than 20 micrometres on 10 cm2. The system consists of a sensor and analysis software. The sensor can collect up to 100 measurements. Per measurement the software counts the number of particles and measures their sizes. Results can be expressed in standard surface cleanliness levels. Application software can create trending graphs, determine cleaning efficiency and particle deposition rates.
