• Verbal consent, handing out a business card and/or via social media;

Brookhuis Applied Data Intelligence stores your personal data for processing as described above for a period lasting:

• For as long as someone is considered a prospect, stakeholder, lobbyist contacts and/or other interested party.

 

Sharing with third parties

We may share the information you provide to us with third parties if this is necessary for the purposes described above. For example, we use third parties for:

• Managing payroll online under the Employment Services Act (AVG);
• Managing administration;
• Storing data in the cloud;
• Managing newsletters and invites.

We never share personal data with other parties where we have not entered into a processing agreement with them. Naturally, we make the appropriate arrangements with those parties (processors) to ensure the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not share the information provided by you with other parties, unless this is legally required and permitted. An example of this is where the police request (personal) data from us as part of an investigation. In such event, we must cooperate and are therefore obliged to provide this information. We can also share personal data with third parties if you give us consent in writing.

Within the EU

We do not share personal data with parties situated outside the EU.

Minors

We only process personal data belonging to minors (persons younger than 16) if consent has been given in writing by a parent, guardian or legal carer.

You can also object to your personal data (or part of it) being processed by us or by one of our processors.
